For Potato Chips Safety

Sørlandschips was established in 1990, and is now one of Norway's biggest producers of potato chips. Sørlandschips has been BRC certified since 2004.

Sørlandschips has used Aquatic Consult for training of their key personnel, both inhouse and in open training courses. Sørlandschips reported that the skilled course/training leaders had good communication skills. This together with experience from the food industry made the training courses become both educational and motivational.

Anders Pettersen, the Quality Coordinator says: “I have had great use of the courses, both academic and in my daily work. This goes for both the HACCP workshop, Hygienic Design, Allergen management and Vital 2.0 courses. Attendance at the open courses also invite you to many interesting discussions and exchanges of experiences with colleagues from others businesses - for my part, this was very rewarding.”
