Elise Solberg Løvlund

Elise is a senior consultant, head of the course department and lead auditor (store and supplier audits, BRC Food / Storage & Distribution, ISO / FSSC 22000).

Special expertise in HACCP, auditing and quality systems.

Elise has a master’s degree in food science.

Practical experience as an inspector and meat inspector at the Norwegian Food Safety Authority as well as laboratory and quality management and improvement work (LEAN) in the dairy industry.
