Special expertise in HACCP (Level 2, 3 and 4), BRC Storage and Distribution, BRC Agents and Brokers, Food Fraud Prevention, Food Defense and PCQI, and an approved instructor in VITAL Allergen Calculator.
Merete is a food technologists and skilled chef.
Practical experience as an inspector at the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, production and quality management in various food industries, fruit and vegetables, warehousing / distribution, hotels and restaurant.
