Eirik is the CEO of the Aquatiq group. He holds various board positions and is situated at our Oslo office.
Eirik holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne with a double major in Management & Finance.
Eirik stepped into the role as CEO as a succecessor after his father Elvin, which is the founder of Aquatiq.
Chief Operational Officer
Steinar is COO in Aquatiq AS.
Steinar is working with purchasing and contracts centrally in the Aquatiq system. He is also responsible for the international expansion in the Aquatiq Group.
Steinar is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Elvin is the CEO of Aqua Pharma Group and a Board member of Aquatiq. Elvin has extensive experience from the aquaculture industry and has developed several innovative methods for de-lice and gill treatment of fish.
Elvin is the main shareholder and founder of the companies in Aquatiq.
He is involved in most major projects in the group.
Elvin is best known for his knowledge related to the prevention and elimination of Listeria in the production environment and hygienic design.
Elvin has been a key part of the professional group for equipment and machines for fish industry in EHEDG.
Elvin has a degree in chemical engineering and is based at the company’s head office in Lillehammer.
Svein Inge Holtesmo
Svein Inge is the Managing Director of Aquatiq Hygiene Systems AS.
Svein Inge has education in Mechanical Engineering and has broad knowledge within this field.

Managing Director Aquatiq Consult
Mariann is managing director, senior consultant and lead auditor (store and supplier audits, BRC Food, ISO / FSSC 22000).
Special expertise in HACCP, system and process improvement, project and audit management and quality culture.
Mariann is a food technologist and also has a Lean Six Sigma black belt education.
Practical experience from the salmon industry and the grocery industry, and many years as a consultant for the food industry in general.

MD / Microbiology & Food Safety Specialist
Heidi Camilla Sagen-Ohren
Heidi has specialist expertise in microbiology and regulations related to most food industries, HACCP, audits, and project management.
Educated food technologist and has a master’s degree in food safety. Practical experience from the laboratory industry, both as a manager and microbiology specialist.
Heidi leads and participates in projects where there is a need for problem solving related to contamination with Listeria or other unwanted microflora.
Heidi guides customers with sampling plans and assessment of analysis results, and how this is linked to the company’s daily HACCP system.
Svein Georg has also worked with sampling and establishment of good systems for trending analysis results.
