Proper alkaline products with optimal surfactants for removing fat and proteins from fish and fish waste, is the solution for good cleaning of production equipment. The products are suitable for cleaning hatcheries, equipment for dead fish treatment, cyclones, tanks, work vessels, rafts, floors etc.
Furthermore, Aquatiq® offers effective alkaline products that are gentle on aluminum, with a strong foam that dries slowly. This gives the operator more time for other tasks, and slow drying also gives the product a longer working time on the surface. It also works well for cleaning, for example, work vessels, vessels and hatching equipment.

Environmentally friendly disinfection for aquaculture
Aquatiq® has two approved disinfectants for aquaculture. These products contain hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid. You only need one of these two products to keep control of bacteria, viruses and fungi in proper use after washing. The products are suitable for both surface and CIP disinfection.
In the event of a generational change at a site, it is recommended to sterilize rings and other equipment before moving to a new site or new insert. Work vessels must have safe routines for disinfection to prevent infection between localities.
Recommended products:
Aqua Des and Aqua Des Foam PAA
Aqua Des are approved disinfectants for use in aquaculture. These are environmentally friendly products based on PAA (Peracetic Acid) which are rapidly broken down into oxygen and water, without any negative environmental impact. The products also have no development of resistance to viruses and bacteria.
Dosage: Surface 1% for 20 min. In bath 0.5% for 20 min. (See own info)
Available in 20, 200 and 1000 liters.
CIP Cleaning
CIP means ‘Clean in Place’, where water and chemistry are circulated by pumping, to clean and disinfect pipes inside. CIP cleaning is also used on incubators to avoid disassembly of sight glass, hoses etc.
Aquatiq® Chemistry has a high level of expertise in CIP cleaning and optimizes the required amount of water and chemistry. We create procedures for the company to have the same effect every time. CIP cleaning is labor-saving and cost-effective for the breeder. In incubators you get very good results throughout the process with clean supply pipes. CIP washing and proper chemistry remove fungi, bacteria and viruses.
CIP cleaning with an acidic cleaner is effective and renews the surface of stainless steel, making it more difficult for deposits to adhere. Acids can be used on most surfaces such as PVC, PEH, PE, stainless steel and fiberglass. For shorter periods, it can also be used on aluminum, given the correct concentration. There may be some foam development, so it may be appropriate to use a silicone-based defoamer.
