Aquatiq is constantly advocating that respect of human lives and our environment be placed at the centre of the food industry. For us, the idea of making a profit by compromising on Food Safety is out of the question. Unfortunately there are too many examples of businesses who have sacrificed people or nature, from careless and narrow economic reasoning.
By taking Food Safety most seriously, we maintain trust to the food industry. People can safely enjoy the products they buy. The manufacturers and the distributors can run their businesses responsibly, with a good conscience.
The nature of our work means some of our products have an impact on the environment. We take this responsibility most seriously.
We follow the strictest rules and always promote products with a good environmental profile without compromising quality. Aquatiq Chemistry is also certified according to the strict environmental standard ISO14001.

- Environmental, allergen and HSE labeling of our products.
- Collaboration with leading international research organizations and companies.
- Optimized shipping routes. Increased use of sea freight to minimize CO2 emissions and relief of the road network.
- Good control of the value chain of our responsible partners.
- More concentrated products (ie less water and more concentrate per liter of product). This leads to less shipping, more product utilization and less environmental impact.
- Good recycling routines. Here we are happy to assist our customers.
- Concrete cleaning plans that optimize the use of the right product for the right purpose.
- Titration that ensures optimal chemical consumption (ie avoid overconsumption).
