Automation of this cleaning is both efficient and very economical. The cleaning efficacy is the same every time, and access is obtained into hard to reach areas.
We connect the Automatic Cleaning to the central dosing facility, and install fixed nozzle systems both inside and on conveyor belts. Using solenoid valves and a PLC / PC control, we make a washing program for Water/Cleaning agent/Sanitizer to provide optimum results.
