We are pleased to announce our partnership with Baiada to install a state-of-the-art automated cleaning system at their new poultry processing facility in Tamworth, New South Wales.
Covering 45,000 sqm, the new facility is designed to process up to 3 million chickens per week, with planned expansions in the future. The site will incorporate some of the most innovative, sustainable, and advanced processing technology in the world.
A first of its kind in Australia
This project represents a new era of cleaning automation in the poultry industry. The installation includes:
- Automated cleaning for 190 belts
- 90 satellite stations for precise and efficient sanitation
- Hook line cleaning throughout the factory
